We want you to love your purchases from yourfeelfashion.com, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple.

Eligible Items

Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all tags attached can be returned. Items purchased as part of a promotion or sale may have specific return conditions. Please check your order details before requesting a return.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, visit our returns portal: yourfeelfashion.com. Follow the instructions to complete your request. You will need your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. Approved returns will be processed for a refund or exchanged for another item. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

Exceptions

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. These are clearly marked at the time of purchase. Gift cards and downloadable products are also non-returnable.
